QuickFix is a technology platform that connects users with independent mechanics for roadside assistance services. QuickFix does not directly provide mechanical repair services.

2. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform lawfully
• Not misuse booking or assignment systems

3. Mechanic Responsibility

Mechanics are independent service providers and are solely responsible for service quality, pricing, and conduct.

4. Payments and Pricing

Any service charges are determined by the mechanic. QuickFix is not responsible for disputes related to pricing or payment between users and mechanics.

5. Limitation of Liability

QuickFix is not liable for:

• Mechanical damage
• Service delays
• Service dissatisfaction
• Disputes between users and mechanics

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or misuse the platform.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
